Cancellation Policies

Best Flexible Rate:

• First night is payable at the time of booking; special periods, including but not limited to Christmas and Easter, may require additional deposits. These will be communicated separately if applicable.
• Reservations can be amended or adjusted up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
• Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the park 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
• If notice of your cancellation is received within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date, your booking will be cancelled without a refund or credit.
• The name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name, and the same individual must check-in for the stay.
• If you wish to reduce your nights booked after the commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.

Semi-Flexible Rate (7-day Cancellation):

• The first night is payable at the time of booking. The remaining amount of the booking is payable 7 days before arrival.
• Reservations can be amended or adjusted up to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
• Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the park by 2pm AEDT 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified prior to 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
• If notice of your cancellation is received after 2pm AEDT 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the park may retain all monies paid.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date, your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• The name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name, and the same individual must check-in for the stay.
• If you wish to reduce your nights booked after the commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.

Seniors Special:

• First night is payable at the time of booking; special periods, including but not limited to Christmas and Easter, may require additional deposits. These will be communicated separately if applicable.
• Must present a valid senior card at check-in. If not provided, the rate will revert back to the Best Flexible Rate.
• 10% discount off our Best Flexible Rate. No further discounts will apply when booking on this rate.
• Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
• Should you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify the park 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
• If notice of your cancellation is received within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date, your booking will be cancelled without a refund or credit.

Advanced Purchase Offer & Stay Longer, Save More:

• Non-refundable credit card pre-payment is required for the entire stay at the time of booking.
• Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date, your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
• The name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name, and the same individual must check-in for the stay.
• Offer is subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
